This past weekend, Croissants created a one of a kind look for a bride who wanted something extra special.  The technique used is called “Embroidering” and you might wonder how that can be done to a cake…
All it takes is a little patience (and lots of practice) which artist, Courtney Sparks definitely has!  She pipes on the unique flower design and then brushes over each flower to give it that embroidered look.  Truly one of a kind!

Pastry Chef Courtney Sparks finished this one of a kind wedding cake earlier today…
The bride and groom are to be married in Las Vegas, Nevada later this evening and the groom is a HUGE University of South Carolina fan, so his bride-to-be is surprising him with this Gamecock cake after the ceremony….only a true fan!

Only true Carolina fans make this their wedding cake 🙂

Pastry Chef Kristin Jablon is filling chocolate cupcakes with marzipan filling…yum!  Later she will add monogram medallions and the cupcake wedding cake look will be complete!  This is a great idea if you want something unique and simple to serve at your wedding.  Kristen's Cupcakes
